spent a lot of time riding the Skylands section of
Ringwood State Park. The carriage roads, which wind their
way up the hills and around the kettle ponds in these
Ramapo Mountains, are rocky and deeply rutted. |

The single-track twists and
turns up and down the boulder-strewn hillsides demanding
strong technical skills and most of all, a narrow handlebar. |
